Richard Thomas is a distinguished educator with an impressive track record spanning over 25 years in the field of education. His passion for creating proactive and innovative educational practices is evident in his numerous accomplishments, all aimed at providing equal opportunities for every student.  

A graduate of Southern Cross University, Richard holds a bachelor's degree in education and continues his post graduate studies in the area of Educational Research. Richard has extensive training in the areas of wellbeing, behaviour and leadership.

With over 15 years of dedicated leadership experience as a deputy principal, principal and education consultant, Richard has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to fostering inclusive education and nurturing student wellbeing. He is a transformative leader whose dedication to educational excellence and equity sets a remarkable standard in the field.  

With an innate ability to connect with and engage diverse groups, Richard effortlessly conveys complex ideas with clarity and enthusiasm. His versatile communication style has proven instrumental in inspiring students, empowering professionals, and fostering a deeper sense of community engagement.

Kylie is a graduate of The University of Newcastle and holds a Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Health & Physical Education degree. In addition to her formal education, Kylie has extensive training in business development, leadership and personal development. 

Kylie's leadership experience is indeed impressive and diverse, as it encompasses multiple sectors. Spending the last two decades mentoring, training, and leading individuals and teams in the education, business, and disability sectors demonstrate her adaptability and effectiveness as a leader.
